In reply to Lacy. Lacy, I'm so glad you liked it! Flour tortillas definitely tend to be softer than corn tortillas and will be even more so since they're covered in the sauce. I have not made it using corn tortillas as I prefer them with the flour, but you could certainly give it a try. Maria from Two Peas and Their Pod uses corn tortillas and fries them for just a few seconds to crisp them up, if you'd like to follow her directions in her Beef Enchiladas recipe. If you do make them with the corn, I'd love for you to come back and let me know what you thought as others might want to do the same. Thank you!

The flavor was amazing! I made these last night.
However my tortillas were kinda well soft, how do I make them more crispy? Or have you ever tried this using corn tortillas?
