[…] I had never even heard of an “Irish Car Bomb” until I met John. Basically it is Whiskey + Beer + Baileys = not a drink for Lauren. Add those ingredients in cake and I will definitely have a couple of pieces. For those of you who don’t know what it is – it’s a shot of Baileys Irish Cream and Irish Whiskey dropped into a pint of Guinness Beer. You have to drink it fast before the milk curdles though – again no thank you! But since I know John and a lot of our guy friends like it I thought well I have all these ingredients so let’s do something with them besides make this drink. Wow real melted chocolate and guinness! YUMMMM! I may try these but lighten the recipe somehow, LOL. That is my thing, decadent food that is healthier for you! Thanks for bringing Guinness Brownies into my life! HEHE!
