					<description><![CDATA[this looks like a perfect adaptation Lauren, nice job!  to lighten up on calories, cholesterol, &amp; fat, you could try using Canola Oil in place of Vegetable Oil (it&#039;s heart healthy), use Splenda brown sugar instead of regular, and try low-sodium soy sauce... just some ramblings from one foodie to another :)]]></description>
