In reply to Nancy. Nancy, yes, you can. Of course, there is a difference in the fat content between the whole milk in the recipe and 2%, but it shouldn't affect the taste too much. Would love for you to come back and leave me a comment as to what you thought of it! Enjoy!

This bread is really delicious! I followed the recipe exact. I’m not sure how you do 4 1/2 stars. The only reason is the bread took 1 hour and 20 minutes to cook. I put it in a tin pan, and my oven is gas. I will definitely be making this again! Thanks for the recipe! ( I basted it with melted butter and sprinkled a little sugar when it came out of the oven!)

In reply to donna norbeck. I have not tried it with frozen berries. If you do though I suggest thawing them beforehand because it might make the bread too moist if not. Hope it works out!
