  • 5 cups mixed greens
  • 3/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 apple thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add all of the ingredients and drizzle with the vinaigrette. Toss well to combine and serve.
