Oven Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

sweet potatoes
1 1/2 lb. peeled and cut into thick wedges
▢

tablespoons
hazelnut oil*
▢
3
tablespoons
dark brown sugar
▢
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
▢
1
teaspoon
smoked paprika
▢
1/4
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spread out sweet potatoes on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush oil on wedges to coat all sides.
Rub on spice mix.
Bake for 15 minutes. Then flip wedges to cook 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh thyme.
Notes
*If you do not have hazelnut oil, substitute you favorite olive oil or another kind of flavored oil.
