Ingredients

Greek yogurt

cucumber

lemon juice
Instructions
Peel the cucumber and cut in half. Scoop the seeds out with a spoon. Roughly chop the cucumber.
Place all ingredients into a food processor. Process until semi smooth.
Serve with pita or vegetables.
