Apple Cider Sangria
is a cocktail full of rich Autumn flavors. Made with white wine, apple, pear, club soda and brandy, this cocktail is perfect for your Fall holiday parties or weekend evenings! Don’t forget the sugar rim and cinnamon stick!

Ingredients

bottle white wine
i recommend Pinot Grigio
▢

apple
diced into small pieces

pear
diced into small pieces
▢

cups
apple cider
▢
1
cup
club soda
▢
2/3
cup
brandy
▢
cinnamon sticks
for garnish, if desired
▢
apple slices
for garnish, if desired
Sugar Rim
▢

tablespoons
sugar
▢

tablespoons
cinnamon
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a large pitcher and stir. Place in refrigerator for a few hours (a minimum of 5 hours) before serving.
For the sugar rim, combine sugar and cinnamon on a shallow dish. Moisten rim of glass and turn glass upside down and put into the sugar mix.
Pour sangria into glass and serve with a cinnamon stick.
Notes
If you can make the sangria ahead of time. It is best if left sitting all night.
