Bagel and Lox
Ingredients
- 1 bagel toasted
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 4-5 small pieces of lox
- 1 teaspoon of capers
- 1 teaspoon of finely diced red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- Optional - chives and hard boiled egg
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on bagel.
- Top with lox. Then sprinkle with capers, red onions, capers and dill.
