Ingredients

cream cheese

sour cream

freshly grated Swiss cheese

cooked bacon
crumbled

chopped green onion

freshly ground black pepper

crumbled Ritz Crackers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F, and prepare a 1 ½ quart baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, Swiss cheese, bacon, onion, and black pepper together in a medium bowl and blend well.
Spread mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers over the top.
Bake for 15 - 18 minutes. Serve with toasted baguette, crackers and freshly cut vegetables.
Notes
An 8 X 8-inch baking dish can be used, but know that the contents will not fill it.
You can use reduced fat cream cheese and reduced fat Swiss cheese if you'd like to reduce the calories.
