BBQ Pulled Pork Macaroni and Cheese

BBQ pulled pork

butter

tablespoons
flour
▢

cup
whole milk

1/2
cup
shredded Parmesan cheese

shredded fontina

Instructions
Cook the macaroni according to package directions.
Melt the butter in a sauce pan over low/medium heat. Whisk in the flour and stir until it becomes like a light brown paste.
Slowly add the milk while continuously stirring until it thickens. Then add both cheese until it has fully melted (still continue to stir).
Fold in the pulled pork.
Drain the pasta and pour the cheese sauce with pork over the cooked pasta. Mix it all together.
Notes
*I like to cut up the meat a little more so you don't have too big of a piece in one bite.
