Parmesan Tilapia with some olive oil, fresh herbs, and freshly grated cheese is an easy low-carb dinner that's ready in 20 minutes for a tasty weeknight meal.
Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with a piece of parchment.
Combine olive oil and lemon juice in one dredging dish and the Parmesan and herbs in another.
Dredge each fish fillet in the olive oil/lemon juice on both sides and then in Parmesan herb mix. Pat any remaining remaining cheese mixture onto the fish.
Bake for 11-13 minutes until opaque at thickest part.
Notes
Any white fish will do.
Feel free to use just one of the herbs, or use others to your liking.
