Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the fresh lime juice, tequila and agave syrup. Shake to mix well.
Open shaker and add Prosecco and stir. Don't shake!
Fill glasses halfway with ice and add thin slices of lime inside the glasses.
Evenly distribute the contents of shaker into cocktail glasses. *See note.
Top up each glass with 2 ounces of Prosecco.
- Depending on how much ice you put in each glass, this recipe can make 4 drinks, as there will be a little more mixture left in the shaker cup for a fourth.
- Also, to increase the servings to 4, use 8 ounces total of Prosecco to top each glass with 2 ounces.
