It’s my favorite time of the year. And that means I’ll be enjoying a Skinny Sparkling Margarita.

I love the month of May. I mean you have Cinco de Mayo. We also have John Grayson, my dad’s, John’s and John’s dad’s birthday. In fact, my daughter’s middle name is after my Grandmother’s middle name Mae but spelled May because it’s such a special month.

And Cinco de Mayo. Oh ya I already said that. But if you’ve been following Hall Nesting for any amount of time you know I love this holiday. Okay maybe I love all the food and drinks that surround this holiday.

Refreshing and Light Skinny Sparkling Margaritas

Who doesn’t love all the cheese dip (white or yellow), enchiladas (beef or chicken), tacos, and let’s not forget the margaritas!

Some prefer a classic frozen margarita where as I love a Frozen Cherry Margarita. I also like my two favorite drinks in one – with this Tequila Sunrise Margarita. But I LOVE LOVE this Skinny Sparking Margarita.

And why wouldn’t you love it? It’s so refreshing and light. Instead of the typical mix you use which has WAY too much sugar. I use fresh lime juice, light agave nectar, white tequila and top it with some prosecco (or champagne). Once you try this one you’ll be asking your next waiter at the restaurant if they have any prosecco. I guarantee it!
