We got back from Seagrove, FL yesterday with my family and it was a much needed vacation. Look forward to hearing about all the yummy meals I had when we went down there; oh and yes there was the ocean and beach but let’s be honest the food was 60% of what I was looking forward to.
I haven’t been able to spend a full day in the kitchen lately because of our busy schedules but today I was determined to make it tailored around me cooking. It started with some yummy bacon cream cheese pinwheels for breakfast, followed by our Latin influenced lunch and dinner with creamy chipotle turkey tacos and bean/salsa bites, and then tonight I’ll cook Santa Maria rib eyes with Cuban red beans and rice. I’d say it was a successful day in the Hall kitchen!
Menu for the Week
