I use won tons for a lot of my Asian dishes. You can make crab rangoon or chili corn won tons. The list is endless. But how about making ravioli? Who would have thought? I recently heard the idea on my morning foodie TV show The Chew. And since I don’t have a pasta attachment for my Kitchenaid Mixer this is a great way to make ravioli without having to make your own pasta dough. The main steps are boil water, make filling, put filling in wrappers, and then put the won tons in boiling water. How easy is that? Now let me preface this recipe with stating I know won tons are not pasta. But I wanted to try a different take on a filled “pasta” besides the traditional store bought kind and most people don’t have the time and energy to make it from scratch. So this is an easy recipe with quite a few layers of flavor!

*Cook’s Note: When removing the won tons, if they seem watery let them drain over the pot for a few extra seconds before adding to the Rosemary Goat Cheese Sauce.
