Fall is officially here!
I mean even though it’s a whopping 89 degrees out as I write this post. I mean it is fall right? Well considering all my favorite things happen in the fall – leaves changing, fall clothes, football, mine and Amelia’s birthdays. What more could you ask for?
Well in Alabama – fall weather would be nice!! But until then I have enough to keep me busy. As you can tell I have been a little MIA lately. So apologies. But I thought I’d make it up to you this week. Want to know how? Two recipes in one week!
Yes you read that right – this hasn’t happened in years! Later in the week are some Fancy Tailgating Sliders to keep us in the fall/football mood! But first up are these incredible Baked Apple Cider Donuts. If you caught our family on Instagram this weekend we celebrated Amelia’s 2nd birthday and it was a blast!
Saturday mornings it has sort of become a family tradition that we wake up head to the Farmers Market do a little shopping and of course stop for some donuts. So I decided to throw my daughter a Donut Breakfast Birthday Party! Some of the treats included an Overnight Breakfast Casserole, Blueberry Muffins and then of course we had a yogurt bar, mini waffles with a shot of syrup, a huge donut tower and some donut hole cups.
So if your kids like donuts as much as mine do – these Baked Apple Cider Donuts are perfect for the fall!
