I don’t know what it is lately but I can’t stop juicing. Vegetable and fruit juices of course. We all know it started with my obsession of Sweet Beet from the Farmers Market, then I made a Apple Pear Kiwi juice and have been working on a green goddess juice.
But this juice has been added into my rotation and is a perfect afternoon “snack”.

Apple- helps prevent Alzheimer’s & protects against Parksinon’s; healthier heart, decreases risk of cancer & diabetes, reduces cholesterol Ginger – good for anti-inflammatory & antinausea, contains antioxidant Carrots- helps with low vision, skin problems; helps prevent heart disease Basil- good for anti-inflammatory, contains antioxidantsCarrot Apple Juice
Ingredients
- 6 carrots
- 2 apples I used red delicious
- 8-10 basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon ginger
Instructions
- Cut each carrot and apple into smaller pieces.
- Using a juicer, process the everything
- Pour into a glass.
