Chicken Cacciatore with Mushroom Ravioli – I believe this dish is on our monthly rotation. It definitely needs to be on yours too!

Chicken Cacciatore

Elk Tenderloin with Mushrooms and Baked Green Bean Fries – Anytime we have tenderloin we normally have it with our Creamy Madeira Mushrooms; however, it’s a little hard when you don’t have the main ingredient Madeira. So we are staying simple this night.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Tacos with Mexican Street Corn – Anything I can throw in a Crock Pot these days  a life saver. And cheese with corn and spices = delicious!

Pulled Pork Tacos

BBQ Chip Quail and Quinoa – We like just going into the freezer/fridge and pantry sometimes and seeing what we can make. This is going to be one of those nights. Hey it’s another way to save money!

Football Saturday: Sourdough BLT Bites, French Onion Dip with Bacon, and Pumpkin Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies – I thought I’d start sharing some of the dishes I plan to make while we spend our day and night watching college football. Like if you missed the dip from last week you need to check it out.
